Dates are set for the Planning Committee as and when Planning Applications are received.

Dates and Agendas are placed on this web site and the Village Notice Board at least 3 days BEFORE the meeting date.

The meetings are open to the public, unless specified otherwise on the agenda.

All East Ilsley Parish Councillors are voting members of the Planning Committee with three members of the Planning Committee constituting a quorum.

The Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee are to be elected annually by the Committee at the first meeting after the Annual Meeting of the East Ilsley Parish Council and shall hold office until the next Annual Meeting of the East Ilsley Parish Council as per their Standing Orders.

If the numbers of Councillors present (not including those debarred by reason of a declared interest) falls below the required quorum the meeting shall be adjourned and business not transacted shall be transacted at the next meeting or on such other day as the Chairman may fix.
