The Parish Council, with Councillor Patricia Burnett acting as the Allotments Officer, has now almost completed the task of regenerating the allotments. All the allotments have now been taken up and there is even a waiting list. The village should be proud of them and the work undertaken.
The link below takes you to a photo gallery of the allotments being prepared and worked.

To satisfy the ever growing waiting list Cllr Burnett is presenting a case to the Parish Council for the construction of three more allotments.

At our February 5th 2007 meeting, it was decided to form a Parish Council Working Group, to help with the management and any development of the allotments. If any one is interested in joining, please contact Councillor Burnett.
The Terms of Reference for that Working Group are available by pressing the button below.
The work of this group has been extended to look after the Common Land. A separate Web Page will be available soon for the Common Land
The current members of the Working Group are: Tina O'Gorman - Chair, Deborah Jeffs, Malcolm Etheridge and Patricia Burnett.
